    Job Title: Underwriter - MPL

    C&F provides specialty and standard commercial lines insurance products through our admitted and surplus lines insurance companies.

    • The underwriter/sr. underwriter (MPL) is responsible for building and maintaining a book of professional liability business including MPL standalone or with cyber and multimedia coverage lawyers professional liability both primary and excess.
    1. Achieve underwriting production profitability other financial targets for assigned brokers.
    2. Work with assigned brokers to market mpl/lpl insurance products including traveling as needed assist team leadership in development enhancement new existing products communicate management concerns key brokers market opportunities ensure policy transactions rated booked invoiced issued accurately meet corporate time service standards.
