    Job Description

  • Lead client SSO projects, coordinating meetings and technical planning with client teams.
  • Manage Okta implementation and troubleshooting, including Change Management and upgrades.
  • Perform onboarding tasks such as running scripts for Snowflake and creating Okta applications.
  • Act as the first-level Subject Matter Expert, triaging support tickets and providing general support.
  • Enhance automation and support processes while handling legacy SSO issues and maintenance.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful candidate would have demonstrated expertise in leading client SSO projects, managing Okta implementation and troubleshooting, and performing onboarding tasks such as Snowflake script execution and Okta application creation.

    They would also have a proven track record of acting as a first-level Subject Matter Expert, effectively triaging support tickets and providing comprehensive support, while continually enhancing automation and support processes, and adeptly managing legacy SSO issues and maintenance.
