Job summary
We are seeking an outstanding Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Advanced Recovery Systems. Our company is committed to transforming lives through comprehensive treatment.The Facility Maintenance Specialist will maintain the interior and exterior of the facility and grounds ensuring integrity of the facility and compliance with safety regulations. The specialist works effectively with leadership to ensure success by completing assigned tasks including plumbing electrical painting landscaping reviewing reports recommending actions for regulatory agencies facilitating fire drills working contractors vendors attending training participating in other educational activities as required. Requirements include a high school diploma equivalent two years professional experience training evidence repair contracting HVAC plumbing electrical facility cleaning related areas proficiency maintaining awareness addressing reporting emergent situations being team player interacting diverse group employees clients management perform tasks complete assigned work benefits we comply state federal nondiscrimination laws policies prohibiting discrimination based age color disability national origin race religion sex retaliation individuals groups participation complaint discrimination opposition discriminatory practices EEO.
