Initiates, plans, executes, monitors, controls and closes large scale, cross functional and/or multiple projects and/or programsManage several unrelated projects simultaneouslyEnsures projects remain on schedule, within budget and in scopeCreates, manages and distributes project communications, schedules and budgestDevelop proposals, RFP, and estimatesInitiate project strategy and approachMakes task level assignments for the project/program and sets expectations of cost, quality, task sequencing, due dates, and milestonesMonitors the project from inception through delivery and outcomes measurement.
Executes and implements high visibility projects with little oversightMaintains and stores all records, research, and data related to assigned projects.
Participates in all appropriate staff meetings and training programs.Research and development efforts by identifying new analytical tools, strengthening existing tools and models, or discovering improved ways of doing business.
