    Job Description

    We are seeking passionate therapists to join our team in providing exceptional pediatric therapy services across the United States.

    Achieve Beyond was founded in 1995 and has been growing to meet the needs of developmentally disabled children through ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapy. We offer our services in the entire metro New York area, Albany, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, and the Virginia/Maryland/DC area.

    We specialize in initial evaluations and ongoing services in home, community, and clinic settings, centered around a culture of collaboration and support for high-quality services that adhere to our strong ethical standards.

    Part-time Paraprofessionals Wanted

    Hourly Rate: $20-$24

    Location: Cases Available Throughout New Haven, CT Area

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct ABA instruction according to educational plans outlined by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
    • Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists.
    • Communicate frequently with family members and provide resources for consistency in home and community settings.
    • Maintain confidentiality and collect daily data.

    Requirements:

    Must have passion for working with children, families, and therapists.

    • At least 2 years experience working with special needs children ages 2-21 in a supervised setting or successful completion of an undergraduate/graduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or a related field.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to travel, climb stairs, lift 10 pounds regularly, and sit/kneel/crawl for extended periods.

    Compensation determined based on experience and education will be discussed during the interview process.
