    Description

    Electrical-Assembler, Entry level
    Our client is an Innovative Company that specializes in electro-hydraulic controls and are seeking to hire several assemblers.

    This company is family ownedand has been in business for over 50 years with 200 + employees here in Connecticut.

    On site they do manufacturing, electronic and electrrical assmembly, PCB design and engineering.


    Selling Points:

    • Half day Fridays (7 am to 11am)

    Prior Experience Required: Prior general assembly experience preferred in a manufacturing setting.


    Skills Required: Ability to read and understand English as necessary to comprehend product documentation. Good eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.


    Duties: May include some, or all of the following:

    Cutting, stripping, lugging and tinning wires, preparing small harness assemblies for electronic, mechanical and systems assembly, basic soldering of wire prep components.

    Requires the use of basic hand tools, specialized tools, small air or electric hand tools, electric pneumatic presses, jigs, and fixtures.

    Performs other duties as directed.


    Training Required: Crimp Machine Set-Up, Crimping and Pinning Methods.

    Work hours:
    Monday to Thursday 7:00 am to 4:30
    Friday 7:00 am to 11:00 am with some opportunity to work overtime on Friday.
