    Description

    Job Title: Sales Account Manager

    A key contributor to our organization's success, the Sales Account Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and maintaining customer satisfaction. This individual serves as a liaison between the company and its clients, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
    • Sales Strategy:
      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
      • Pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Needs Analysis:
      • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business objectives and challenges.
      • Propose tailored solutions that align with clients' goals and objectives.
    • Product/Service Knowledge:
      • Stay informed about our products or services and industry trends.
      • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products or services to clients.
    • Quota Achievement:
      • Set and achieve sales targets, quotas, and objectives within specified timeframes.
      • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues.
    • Forecasting:
      • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to sales planning.
      • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
    • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred.

    Work Environment:

    • The position involves travel to meet clients or attend industry events.
    • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours to accommodate client needs.
