- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Forecasting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to sales planning.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
