- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders and/or language delays, following the guidance of the supervising SLP
- Perform thorough evaluations and assessments to pinpoint speech and language disorders
- Work together with teachers, parents, and other educational team members to create customized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Apply evidence-based therapy methods and interventions to enhance communication abilities
- Keep precise and current records of student progress, session notes, and reports
- Attend team meetings, parent conferences, and mandated professional development activities
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
