    We are currently hiring for Help Desk Analyst

    This position is eligible for a SIGN-ON BONUS OF $1,500

    What you'll do

    The Helpdesk Analyst's role provides vital support to Unilock's employees and computer environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Act as level 1 or 2 support for Unilock users in a friendly professional manner.
    • Set up and configure computers for use by Unilock users, following company best practices.
    • Manage competing requests and priorities.
    • Assist in installation of other network devices including servers, printers, and plant devices.
    • Work with other members of the IT Team to provide exceptional service.
    Skills and Requirements
    • Thorough understanding and experience with configuring Windows 10, 11 and Mac computers.
    • Thorough understanding and experience working with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
    • Thorough understanding and experience working with and supporting the Microsoft Office suite of software.
    • Ability to investigate, resolve, and escalate issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Willingness to assist other departments in quick fashion to resolve issues.
    • Certification by Microsoft and one or more Helpdesk certifications.
