Are you an experienced healthcare talent acquisition specialist looking to grow and expand your career? If so, we are looking for a leader to join our team who will streamline TA processes and initiatives and have a strategic growth mindset to oversee end to end recruitment.

This position will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers and the HRBP to ensure a smooth process for applicants.

More details about this role:

• Monday-Thursday, with Friday being a remote day for the first 90 days
• Then will be 3 days in office, and 2 remote
• This is a permanent role in the heart of Brookhaven
• Salary:

$70,000-90,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process
• Leading sourcing initiatives
• Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies
• Collaborating with hiring managers
• Utilizing ATS systems and HRIS systems such as Paycom
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of recruitment efforts
• Manage relationships with external sourcing vendors
• Implement best practices for recruiting
• Ensure a positive onboarding experience
