    Registered Nurse - LTAC
    Registered Nurse - LTAC
    TLC Nursing Associates, Inc.
    TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting. This role involves managing complex medical needs for patients who require extended hospitalization and specialized nursing interventions.
    Job Responsibilities
    • Deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients with chronic illnesses, multi-system conditions, and long-term recovery needs.
    • Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and perform wound care and respiratory treatments.
    • Monitor patient conditions and promptly report significant changes to the medical team.
    • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.
    • Support patients and families through education and discharge planning efforts.
    • Document all patient care activities accurately in compliance with facility standards.
    • Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and quality care measures.
    Qualifications
    • Active and unencumbered RN license in applicable state(s).
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in LTAC, ICU, or step-down unit preferred.
    • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
    • Strong assessment skills and the ability to manage high-acuity patients.
    • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities.
