Key Skills Required:

Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE Good documentation skills Installation of Oracle Software/Database Pre-requisites. Oracle Database Basic Administration andLatest Features. Maintain instance parameters and system settings Migrating databases using various tools such as SQL Loader, Import/Export and Data pump. Applying and Testing security patches to the databases. Managing User Accounts. Experience in cloning using cold backup, hot-backup and RMAN backup. Good knowledge of 10g/11g features as Data Pump, ASM and Flash back recovery. Experience in basic Performance Tuning and Monitoring using various tools such as AWR, TKPROFand Explain Plan. Database Resource Management and Task Scheduling. Scheduling Database Backups, taking Logical Backups & Physical Backups. Implementing DatabaseSecurity Policy. Experience with Database Migration, Installation, Upgrades and Patching Experience in PL/SQL and worked on ER Diagrams. OCA(Essential),OCP(Desired),ITIL(Essential)Skill / Role:

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE Evaluate the Database Server Hardware.

Define/Recommend/Maintain database Standards and Architecture. Future Release management for database/instance and Impact Analysis.

3rd Party Vendor Support and Interaction (including TAR and OS) and can handle Client Independently Should be able to mentor L1 and L2 DBAs.

Should be able to diagnose clustered environment. Advance Database Performance Tuning Tuning Applications, Instance/Kernel Parameters andTuning Memory. Usage of AWR and ADDM, translate this and suggest the improvement based on this. Recommend and Review Backup and Recovery Strategies using RMAN or tools. Knowledge of Advanced Replication, Queuing and Streams. Good Working experience of Installation & administration of RAC(Real Application Clusters) 11g & 12c. Flash Recovery Features & Flash back query. Having experience of DR setup through various synch methods. Designing strategy towards Capacity Management (Growth) for DB tracks. Designing/Recommending Database Security Policy. Knowledge of Data warehousing and Other Technologies (RDBMS). Knowledge on AWS/Oracle/Azure/Gooogle Cloud Technologies. Experience on Sun / Veritas / Microsoft Cluster. Experience with Database Migration, Installation,Upgrades and Patching. OCP(Essential), OCE(Desired),ITIL(Essential) (1.) To validate analyses (eg.

Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders (2.) To ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced (3.) To validate Change Order Implementation Plan and Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning (4.) To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administratorsorteam members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as and when required.
