    Job Title:

    A Government Contracts & National Security Attorney will handle a diverse portfolio of cases involving litigation, investigation, export control, cybersecurity, mergers and acquisitions, and counseling work.

    Job Summary:

    This role requires a skilled attorney with expertise in government contracts law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of prior legal experience in the field, strong research, writing, and analytic skills, and the ability to work independently and creatively as part of a team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Litigate before all tribunals and participate in high-profile, high-stakes, and precedent-setting cases.
    • Represent clients disputing substantial claims by and against the government before the Boards of Contract Appeals and U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
    • Prosecute and defend court actions between contractors.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of three years of prior legal experience in the field of government contracts law.
    • Demonstrated interest in government contacts law, with academic training preferred.
    • Strong research, writing, and analytic skills.
    • Ability to work independently and creatively.
    • Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
    • Current licensure or eligibility to practice law in Washington, D.C.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience as a judicial clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit or the Court of Federal Claims.

    Salary Range:

    $250,000 to $345,000 per year, depending on experience.
