    Come Fly with UsJob descriptionSupervisor, Manufacturing EngineeringThe ME Supervisor will supervise a team of Manufacturing Engineers across multiple shifts supporting the Shop Floor and site.

    The ME Supervisor will work cross-functionally with Safety, Manufacturing, Industrial, and Quality Engineering departments, as well as Supply Chain Management to define the best build processes to meet the strictest of Safety and aerospace quality standards, at the most affordable price.

    This position reports directly to the Sr.

    Manager, Production Engineering and will have supervisory/ management duties such as manpower planning, budgeting, interviewing, appraisals, and disciplinary actions per the approved Daher processes and procedures.

    Job DutiesCreate and foster a culture of Continuous Improvement within the teamsIdentify changes needed within the department to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and increase Work Instruction and MBOM quality, accuracy, and speedFoster a culture of teamwork between the individual teams as well as across Production Engineering and the site working in an IPT formatLeadership will be primarily strategic (>75%) with some tactical (<25%) guiding your teams to perform at the highest levels while maintaining SQDCTWeekly one-on-one meetings with direct reportsMonthly skip-levelsQuarterly 360deg.
