- Comfortable operating independently as a self starter for the full electrical system development process from circuit design through to validation testing and automated test development in the lab.
- Build and maintain the hardware-in-the-loop test infrastructure to support detailed testing and rapid iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing partners from concept to mass production.
- Lead hardware debug and issue resolution with partner teams and companies.
- Anticipate and respond to challenges in manufacturing.
- Experienced with consumer products and new product development.
- Familiar with EE and acoustic bench test equipment for lab testing and debugging.
- Familiar with automated test software development, including python or similar scripting languages.
- Effective bridging from a small core team working with and within large organizations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of electrical design and validation in consumer electronics.
- Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners, and remote development teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the video game industry is not required, but interest and passion for gaming experience, digital entertainment, consumer electronics, and technology is vital
