What You Will Do

Leads and oversees project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution and post-project lessons learned
Initiates and leads process improvement, facilitating and encouraging improvement based on lessons learned and top project management techniques
Leads and manages large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the normal project scope
Drives change and continually improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the Program/Project Management function
Provides function-wide process advice and insight
Manages cross-functional project teams composed of business and technical team members
Reports weekly status, mitigates risks and issues
Detail-oriented, possess superior verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrates a proven record of meeting deadlines
May need to maintain a flexible schedule and work across different time zones
Set and manage the cadence for monitoring performance against goals, ensuring all stakeholders understand and plan for what needs to be delivered

What Is Required

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
Prior experience (10+years) in a project management or related position.
