- Performs all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis.
- Performs and attributes all required audit reports.
- Verifies the status of all wake-up call requests and ensures they are properly handled.
- Balances all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift.
- Prepares the front office for the 'A' shift and reset days business.
- Acts as a Guest Service representative during the night time hours.
- Acts as the manager on duty during the night time hours.
- Attends and actively participates in all front office meetings.
- Participates in all training and cross training programs.
- Acts as PBX operator during the audit shift.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
- Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.

- High school diploma or GED certification required.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or extensive experience in a hotel or related field required.
- 1-2 years of hotel night audit or hotel front desk experience preferred.
- Strong financial knowledge required.
- One to two years of experience in customer service with proven customer service skills.
- Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and possess basic mathematical skills
- Reading, Writing, Basic Math
- Microsoft & Google applications required

Position Overview:
