    Position Overview:

    To ensure all revenue is posted to the correct departments and to balance al revenue departments on a daily basis, and complete all necessary reports. Assist front desk with overnight check-ins and guest services.

    Essential Job Functions:
    • Performs all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis.
    • Performs and attributes all required audit reports.
    • Verifies the status of all wake-up call requests and ensures they are properly handled.
    • Balances all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift.
    • Prepares the front office for the 'A' shift and reset days business.
    • Acts as a Guest Service representative during the night time hours.
    • Acts as the manager on duty during the night time hours.
    • Attends and actively participates in all front office meetings.
    • Participates in all training and cross training programs.
    • Acts as PBX operator during the audit shift.
    • Performs other related duties as required.
    • Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
    • Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
    • Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties.

    Qualification Summary:
    • High school diploma or GED certification required.
    • Bachelor's Degree and/or extensive experience in a hotel or related field required.
    • 1-2 years of hotel night audit or hotel front desk experience preferred.
    • Strong financial knowledge required.
    • One to two years of experience in customer service with proven customer service skills.
    • Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and possess basic mathematical skills
    • Reading, Writing, Basic Math
    • Microsoft & Google applications required

    • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
    • Ability to see, hear, speak, read, write and understand English.
