    Project Logistician

    A front-facing position requiring exceptional phone skills and attention to detail. Coordinating in-person meetings, Zoom calls with The HistoryMakers advisory boards, taking extensive notes, and scheduling video production crews for oral history interviews of African Americans across the country.

    • Scheduling approximately 20-40 interviews every other week/month with potential HistoryMakers.
    • Coordinating weekend travel during trip execution.
