    Description
    Role Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist in Quality Engineering/Performance Testing/Engineering to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering Domain, with hands-on experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis, providing Performance Tuning Recommendations, and creating performance test strategies.

    They should be proficient in at least one Load testing tool (Load Runner, Jmeter, VSTS, SOASTA), and have experience in profiling and performance monitoring using tools like Omniture, Google Analytics, and Dynatrace.

    A solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming Languages (Java, C++) is beneficial, as well as prior Customer Facing Experience and Mobile App Development/Mobile Performance Testing experience.

    The successful candidate will be able to recommend test methodologies, approach, and strategic direction for testing and improving application's performance.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application performance
    • Stay up-to-date with current trends and technical advancements in the field

    Requirements:
    • 10-12 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering Domain

    • Proficiency in Load testing tools and performance monitoring software
