University of Iowa Health Care's department of Patient Financial Services is seeking a Revenue Cycle Coordinator for the Physician Hospital Accounts Receivable Management (PHARM) division.
Responsibilities
- Supervise work of Patient Account Representatives and/or Revenue Cycle Representatives and serve as a payor expert and technical resource.
- Develop new and current staff through training to improve revenue cycle knowledge; work with staff to suggest additional options to resolve patient account inquiries.
- Oversight of Reimbursement Verification as part of the financial and insurance related team in the healthcare financial services industry.
