- The position requires graduation with an Associate's degree or successful completion of at least sixty (60) credit hours from a college or university; OR two (2) years paid full-time or its part-time equivalent experience involving the supervision,counseling,
or instruction of students in a school facility,institution ,or agency devoted to the care education,rehabilitation ,or restorative behavior intervention management of adolescents or children; - The desired qualifications include Bachelor's Degree in Counseling/Mental Health/Psychology or related field preferred;
Required to complete TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention) training;
Experience working with students with disabilities required;
;Working knowledge of conflict resolution required;
