Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an Overnight Server Specialist for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in St. Louis, MO
Title: Overnight Server Specialist (Windows/Linux)
Location: St. Louis, MO – Onsite
Duration: 12+ Months
Role Type: W2 contract engagement
7PM-7AM – rotating shift.
Hybrid – Mon-Thurs. in office. Remote if shift falls on weekend.
Looking for a Windows Server consultant.
Someone who understands Windows server patching and server incident response/resolution.
Server certification would be a plus.
The Digital Command Center Agent manages the daily operations and support of the core enterprise infrastructure. Command Center Agents are responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation and resolution of incidents including Windows, Linux, and HPUX servers. Agents are also responsible for monitoring, alerting and triage on core infrastructure including network related events. Agents provide support for Storage and Data Protection systems, perform file and system restores, and triage issues with storage related issues. Agents are expected to provide phone support, updating customers and vendors that call in, and providing top notch customer service to our customers.
