    Job Description

    Commercial Sales Representative

    As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be based in the East Valley and focus on commercial facilities and manufacturing clients throughout the Greater Phoenix area.

    • Develop long-term relationships with current and prospective commercial property clients to grow the landscape maintenance business in their market.
    • Market Gothic's landscape maintenance services by adding value to customers and their properties using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge.
    • Prospect clients and bid opportunities within our business markets through daily cold calling and walk-ins.
    • Attend industry trade shows and events to network and build relationships with clients and property managers.
    • Create your own book of business within assigned territory by actively prospecting.
    • Have an interactive role with the team during the proposal process to ensure profitability.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of B2B contract sales within the commercial facilities sector.
    • Relationship builder with experience in longer sales cycles.
    • Excellent people skills, problem-solving abilities, and oral and written communication skills.
    • A proven track record in developing and closing targeted sales.
    • Ability to work flexible hours and attend sales events beyond normal business hours.
    • Strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
