- Hs Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam., , +Mets one of the following:3 years experience insurance information collection/assessment benefits verification and preauthorization processing., li > Associate Degree Health Care Management OR in a related field with coursework concentration medical billing health care data collection reimbursement/professional service recovery. Ability read write speak English professional manner Demonstrated skills customer service collecting patient demographic insurance/payor information cash collection Expertise interviewing patients/family members Knowledge medical terminology All qualified applicants must pass PSR pre-employment screening test score better AND post-employment test score better+
