This is a customer service position working with the public to provide motor vehicle services including licensing, titling,
testing and permits at a local MVD field office.
- Learn to process credentials and title work which include examining documents
and applications for accuracy validity security required to meet ADOT MVD rules statutes policies procedures. - Learn to answer customer questions provide customer service for vehicle credential records through system research document review
service history data entry review required learn administer testing including operator knowledge skills testing conduct level 1 vehicle inspections VIN validation capture customers photo signature application information credential eligibility issuance determine collect evaluate fees use general accounting procedures balance accounts secure protect all personal identity information inventory participate process improvement activities identify potential gaps processes recommend solutions gain efficiencies reduce cost increase customer service qualifications experience preferred CSR - Entry level training position requires no experience CSR One year previous MVD experience title registration driver licenses successful completion training adherence performance standards typically within months
