- Install and repair electrical equipment on Cell Phone Towers
- Travel approximately 90% of the time to various locations in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, and potentially other states
- Collaborate closely with construction crews and Project Managers to ensure project deadlines are met
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Ensure electrical installations meet client standards for quality and efficiency
- Be well-versed in electrical construction materials and control equipment used in Cell Tower sites
- Interpret drawings, sketches, and plans to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Inspect Cell Tower Sites for compliance and address any deficiencies
- Provide training and mentorship to Electrical Apprentice/Construction Crews
- Promote safety practices on the jobsite during installation and service work
- Conduct various electrical tasks such as measuring, cutting, bending, and installing electrical conduit
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary
- Must be a licensed Journeyman Electrician
- Prior experience in the construction industry; Telecom Industry experience is advantageous
- Ability to collaborate effectively with construction crews, Project Managers, and Foremen
- Capable of working in diverse weather conditions
- Hold a valid Driver's License
