    Job Title: Electrical Installation Technician at Triad Associates Inc.

    Triad Associates Inc. is a leading company in the telecommunications industry, providing top-notch Engineering and Construction services primarily for the Wireless and Cell Tower Industry. Our client portfolio includes major players such as T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Dish Network, and AT&T.

    Join our expanding team as we are looking to fill several positions in our Construction Department. By becoming part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our growth and have a significant voice within our company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Install and repair electrical equipment on Cell Phone Towers
    • Travel approximately 90% of the time to various locations in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, and potentially other states
    • Collaborate closely with construction crews and Project Managers to ensure project deadlines are met
    • Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
    • Ensure electrical installations meet client standards for quality and efficiency
    • Be well-versed in electrical construction materials and control equipment used in Cell Tower sites
    • Interpret drawings, sketches, and plans to troubleshoot and resolve issues
    • Inspect Cell Tower Sites for compliance and address any deficiencies
    • Provide training and mentorship to Electrical Apprentice/Construction Crews
    • Promote safety practices on the jobsite during installation and service work
    • Conduct various electrical tasks such as measuring, cutting, bending, and installing electrical conduit
    • Perform other assigned duties as necessary

    Qualifications:

    • Must be a licensed Journeyman Electrician
    • Prior experience in the construction industry; Telecom Industry experience is advantageous
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with construction crews, Project Managers, and Foremen
    • Capable of working in diverse weather conditions
    • Hold a valid Driver's License
    • Attention to detail is critical
