    Description


    The Program Manager of Mobile Outreach position is responsible for overall management and coordination of the Mobile Outreach including the provision of direct staff supervision and ensuring that goals, objectives, policies/procedures comply with all grant objectives.

    Requirements


    Responsibilities will include:

    • Development, Implementation and administrative oversight for program serving individuals experiencing
    homelessness in Chicago and on the CTA.


    • Creation of program manual and training.
    • Provide direct supervision and training to Mobile Outreach program staff and Supervisor;
    • Monitor supervised staff for performance, attendance and completion of documentation
    • Create program schedules and maintain shift coverage
    • Assure that staff deliver all required homeless clinical and support services in an efficient and effective manner through close support and monitoring of staff activities;
    • Provide some direct services including connection to mainstream benefits and ancillary services;
    • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and grant deliverables;
    • Monitor compliance of records for adherence to Haymarket Center's QA standards, policies and procedures;
    • Provided all required reports including quarterly, monthly, billing, etc to appropriate funders
    • Evaluate program efficiency and effectiveness and maintain integrity of the program;
    • Direct involvement with CTA and Dept. of Family and Support Services Systems.

    Education, Experience & Skills Required:

    • Master's degree in Social Sciences or related behavioral science field highly preferred;
    • Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in managing or supervising direct service personnel;
    • Clinical licensure and/or IAODAPCA certification test at CADC level highly preferred;
    • Experience working with populations with lived experience of homelessness, mental illness, chronic health conditions and substance use highly preferred;
    • Must be detailed oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously;
    • Good communication skills, written and verbal. High ethical standards and sound judgement in dealing with confidential information required;
    • Experience working within an electronic health/care record preferred.
