Structural Engineering Company seeking a professional familiar working with high end luxury home clients. We are seeking a Structural Engineer with minimum of 5 years experience.

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the following materials and associated code:

Wood Design using NDS Standards Steel Design using AISC Standards Concrete Design using ACI Standards Masonry Design using TMS Standards Cold-Formed Steel using AISI StandardsKnowledge of the following building systems, preferred: Steel Moment Frames Concrete/Masonry Shear Walls Multi-Story Buildings Seismic RetrofitKnowledge of the following computer software, preferred: RISA 3D / RISA Foundation Excel WoodWorks AutoCad / Revit / FramecadResponsibilities and Duties:Prepare structural reports, designs, and drawings.

Structural Engineering calculation reportsAddressing Plan Check Comments from the Building DepartmentsPerforming site visits to document field conditions and structural observations (travel expenses will be reimbursed)

Assist Principal Engineer with project management and start to finish with projectsJob Requirements:
