The
Marketing Manager
is responsible for developing state-specific marketing strategies and ensuring the marketing strategy aligns with regional and enterprise-wide strategy.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Builds market product / marketing plans.
Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.
Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.
Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.
Coordinates with sales teams and public relations to support marketing initiatives.
Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.
Turns insights into action.
Partners effectively with other functional areas of marketing
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Managed care experience preferred
Understanding of multicultural consumer segments in California
Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills
Strategic marketing and planning execution – taking plans and turning into action
Marketing collateral development/content development – working with creative teams/agencies
Proficiency in PowerPoint
Proficiency in working with marketing systems (i.e. WorkFront) and processes
Familiarity with social media platforms, i.e. LinkedIn
Agility and negotiation
Sits at sales leadership table, has a voice representing Marketing in all of their local market interactions
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $93,012 to $145,584.
