    The Store Engineering Warehouse helps maintain and grow our 800+ retail store locations by organizing, replenishing, and delivering parts and pieces for various projects and technicians in the field.

    We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working and change orientated person who is wanting to start their career path by joining our team.


    Daily tasks include:

    • Provide clerical support to the Store Engineering Warehouse team
    • Assist with inventory cycle counts for 200+ storerooms
    • Help maintain accurate inventory and make appropriate adjustments using Maximo software
    • Help Inventory Coordinator to resolve inventory issues and communicate solutions with all parties involved
    • Assist vendors, stores, and service technicians with billing issues
    • Work with vendors and procurement team to streamline warranty processes
    • Make good business decisions when reviewing warranty claims and proposals from vendors
    • Work with all divisions within the Store Engineering department to complete large scale projects
    • Order and coordinate shipment of parts needed by vendors, stores, and service technicians
    • Create and maintain Preventive Maintenance plans in Maximo
    • Create, process, and close work orders using Maximo software
    • Answer and route telephone calls as well as corresponding with technicians and delivery drivers

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum two year degree in a business related field.
    • Excellent typing and 10 key punch skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products with advanced skills in Excel
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
    • Capable of being productive with minimal supervision
    • Self motivated in learning new skills
    • Comfortable working in a fast paced environmental
    • Inventory knowledge is preferred
    • Retail or Customer Service experience
