    Description Summary: The M3 Partnership Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and positioning the M3's Strategic Partnership Network members to the M3 customer base. The M3 Partnership Sales Representative is also responsible for attaining revenue and growth goals established for each Tier I partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and the various products and services utilized at the hotel, operator, and third-party management level. This role requires an individual who is a self-starter, activity-motivated, strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and is a detail-oriented professional who can contribute to the overall success of our partnership sales and marketing initiatives. Experience with M3 software is a plus.

    The M3 Partnership Sales Representative supports M3's revenue goals and overall M3 customer success and retention. This individual will generally act as a go-between for M3 and each Tier I Strategic Partner. In this role, this individual will serve as M3's primary sales liaison with the Tier I partners.

    Essential Duties:

    The duties listed below are the essential functions of this position, and they may change as the needs of the company demand. All associates are expected to do what is necessary to get the work done and to cooperate fully with their supervisor's requests for additional or altered duties.

    • Execute sales activities with M3 Preferred Partners to drive results in accordance with M3 commitments to each respective partner relationship.
    • Coordinate with M3 Preferred Partners to create and execute business plans to meet M3 sales goals.
    • Orchestrate partner enablement efforts with various M3 teams to execute agreed upon sales goals.
    • Evaluate M3's Preferred Partners sales performance routinely and recommend improvements.
    • Educate M3 Preferred Partners about M3 product portfolio and complementary products and services provided to help facilitate product and service leads to M3 from these partnerships ensuring the partnership is mutual in value.
    • Manage the M3 Preferred Partner sales pipeline, forecast quarterly sales and identify new business opportunities.
    • Recommend process improvements, such as API's, integration, services etc., to optimize M3 Preferred Partner offerings and activities based on feedback obtained during sales efforts.
    • Track, reconcile, and report sales/revenue activities in accordance with established Partner Success Metrics and as otherwise defined by the needs of the business.
    • Collaborate with channel partners to understand their target customer profiles and business goals.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and key decision-makers within target companies.
    • Work with marketing teams to develop effective sales collateral and presentations for channel partners.
    • Ensure that channel partners have access to the latest product information and promotional materials.
    • Initiate outbound communication with prospects through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.
    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass on opportunities to the appropriate channel partner.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in centralized system (e.g. Dynamics, Sharepoint, etc.).
    • Work closely with the sales and strategic alliances and partnerships team to provide insights and feedback on lead quality.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential partners and drive lead generation for partner products/services.
    • Coordinate and participate in joint events with channel partners to enhance collaboration.
    • Assist in managing the sales pipeline for channel partners, providing visibility into upcoming opportunities.
    • Collaborate with partners to prioritize and focus efforts on high-potential opportunities.
    • Act as a liaison between the channel partners and internal teams, ensuring effective communication.
    • Advance qualified leads to closed pending status for partner to close to meet quota established for each partner and product category tier.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and changes in the competitive landscape.
    • Work closely with M3 Strategic Partnerships/Alliances to accomplish the aforementioned duties.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Education/Training/Experience:

    • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or other related hospitality degree. A minimum of 1 year of hospitality experience is preferred.
    • Highly analytical; able to understand all angles of partner channel marketing and make recommendations to improve performance and results.
    • Experience dealing with hospitality clients a huge plus.
    • High level of professionalism.
    • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
    • Must have strong written and verbal skills in English and ability to communicate effectively.
    • Must be able to build and maintain positive business relationships with co-workers and other business contacts.
    • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications especially in MS Office Suite.
    • Must be able to produce monthly forecasts and report actual results to budget. May be expected to communicate quarterly results at the M3 Executive Team level.
    • Excellent with editing/grammar/spelling.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to perform work on a computer for extended periods.
    • Ability to work in the office regularly, or pivot to working at home should emergency situations arise.
    • Ability to travel in representing the company's interests required, including industry conferences and customer-related events.
    • Ability to attend work per assigned schedule and attend meetings with excellent attendance and punctuality.
    • Ability to bend and lift up to 25 lbs.
