    The Adobe GTM Strategy and Analytics team is seeking an expert sales strategy and operations analyst who will bolster our multi-platform analytics environment. Working with executive and sales leadership, our team's insights inform market strategy for solutions at the very heart of the future of work and groundbreaking digital experiences. Our GTM analytics and strategy analysts employ quantitative methods and data science methodologies to support our strategic direction and drive growth.

    What you'll Do

    • Employ sophisticated data and modeling methods to discover opportunities to improve sales performance
    • Optimize ways to communicate findings and insights to partners in the field operations organization
    • Proactively identify and mitigate issues with data that may impede the progress of business objectives or inhibit the measurement of performance
    • Report and analyze business performance applying SQL, PowerBI, and Excel capabilities
    • Build and cultivate relationships with internal teams to identify new business needs and address them with data-backed recommendations

    What you need to succeed

    • Bachelors Degree (BA/BS)
    • 3 - 5 years of work experience in sales operations, finance, strategy, or management consulting
    • Expertise in using business analytics and sales data to make decisions and find trends to validate or invalidate existing GTM strategy
    • Proven track record of converting complex scenarios into manageable workstreams to generate compelling insights
    • Comfortable working on multiple projects and able to shift priority as needed while maintaining high quality results
    • Advanced skills with Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker or similar business intelligence tools
    • Thrive in a team environment with a desire to source and encourage diverse approaches to problem solving
    • Willingness to apply new technologies and methods to create scale and efficiency
    • Attention to detail and pride in delivering the team's best work

    Bonus Points

    • Analytics experience in B2B software sales
    • Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and transformation in joined data sets
    • MS Analytics, Statistics, Applied Economics
    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $76,400 -- $163,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
