Job summary
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is the master of action and «ultimate owner» of an assigned account. He/She is responsible of building and managing a collaboration plan for a customer and drives highest customer satisfaction and mindshare with the customer.

- Orchestrate the support approach for the account (FAEs, BU resources).
- Maintain close contact with customers to manage activities during design-in and product realization phase.
