    Sr. Accounts Payable Associate

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate has 5+ years of high volume Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced environment. Your Accounts Payable knowledge should be robust, you should have a good understanding of general accounting procedures and have experience with ERP Accounting software. You should have a high proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Vlookup, and more. This role requires great organizational and prioritizing skills and you must have a high attention to detail, work well under pressure and meet or beat deadlines regularly. You should be a critical thinker and a great communicator with relationship management skills, to maintain vendor relationshiops and succeed in internal collaboration.

    Position Summary and Responsibilities

    Full cycle, high volume Accounts Payable with a three way match and check runs. You will need to reconcile accounts and statements, research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues, communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries, maintain vendor files and relationships. Perform not only check runs but also ACH and wire runs. Audit and process expense reports in Concur. Assist with month end closing and provide supporting documentation for requests of other departments and audits.

    Compensation: $28 - $34/hr DOE and experience - some flexibility for candidates who bring more skills to the table and are to leveraging those skills.

    On-site 5 days/week
