- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and diagrams for various projects.
- Operate equipment and hand power tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Supervise crews of permanent and seasonal employees.

- Three years of ground maintenance or landscaping experience.
- Knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, and carpentry.
- Experience in maintenance procedures for various tools and equipment.
