Job summary
We are seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist Supervisor to join our team at the Our Blood Institute. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our mobile staff, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, and performing duties such as registration, vital signs, medical screening, phlebotomy, heat sealing, and record keeping.Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
- Minimum two years supervisory experience
- Flexibility to work extended shifts as needed to meet blood inventory needs
