A young grandmother in Teaneck, NJ is seeking a reliable, long-term housekeeper/babysitter to help care for her home and and to supervise and care for her young grandchildren after their local preschool program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a clean, well-run home environment.
We have two to three young children who attend preschool part of the day. Responsibilities include cleaning & organizing the family home (morning hours), childcare (afternoon hours) including supervising with warmth patience attentive care providing age-appropriate play activities stimulation supporting afternoon routines snacks transitions fostering positive safe engaging environment communicating clearly about daily tasks updates being dependable organized consistent in routines maintaining calm caring presence General communicate references must be polite responsible able work independently English fluency not required but must understand communicate enough safety coordination looking steady trusted part homelocation
