    An enterprise client is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join their team in San Diego, CA. This multifaceted department encompasses various work streams, including Quote to Cash, Issue to Resolution Sales & Service, and more.

    As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, the mission is to collaborate with stakeholders, leaders, and internal end users to identify opportunities for delivering standardized solutions.

    Leveraging the existing enterprise software landscape, this person will analyze, design, and continuously enhance business processes through system solutions.

    Main Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for standardized solutions.
    Work closely with leaders, stakeholders, and internal end users.
    Engage with the agile execution team, including product owners and developers.
    Analyze, design, and deliver system solutions to improve business processes.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • Extensive experience (7+ years) with Salesforce and experience with Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud
    • Proven track record (7+ years) of translating stakeholder requirements into comprehensive technical specifications.
    • Demonstrated expertise in business process mapping, both for new implementations and optimization of existing functions. · Experience in FICA, BRIM (Subscription order management, convergent mediation, convergent invoicing).
    • Experience working with both Agile and traditional waterfall project management teams
    • Experience with MS Office Suite including Excel, PPT, and Visio
    • Experience working in a sales and/or service organization
    • Experience within a medical device or regulated industry null
