    Description

    Our client is HIRING Production Operators in Sutton, Ma

    Schedule: 12 hours rotating shift either Days (5am – 5:30pm) or Nights (5pm – 5:30am)

    Starting Rate: $18.00/Hr

    Production Operator Job Duties:

    • Startup, operation, clean up and shut down of manufacturing equipment.
    • Stages material through barcoding and maintains accurate inventories during runs.
    • Operates hoist, fork truck, pallet jack and maintains daily inspections.
    • Mixes and tests chemicals based on a formula.
    • Utilize ERP system/MS Office to determine material and product specifications and ensuring all production data is entered.
    • Maintain inventory of job materials
    • Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
    • Packages, labels and places finished products on skids and bands or stretch wraps finished rolls as required.

    Production Operator Skills & Requirements:

    • 2+ years machine operator experience in a manufacturing production environment
    • Ability to speak and read instructions in English.
    • Competent math skills.
    • Must have own transportation.
    • Must be able to pass drug and background check.
