- Manage field operations and maintain equipment

- Organize routes, schedules, and tasks for the crew

- Provide support and training to team members

- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and ready for the next day

- Consistent attendance and setting an example for the team

- Effective management of planned vs actual hours

- Low return rates and high customer satisfaction

- Team retention and customer retention

- Efficient utilization of software and processes

- Previous experience in landscaping or related industries

- Ability to obtain required certifications and licenses within 6 months if needed

- Clean driving record with trailer experience
