Lead end-to-end program delivery across SAP S/4HANA MES PLM WMS EWM TMS data infrastructure and security own and maintain integrated master plan covering scope schedule dependencies resources risks issues and assumptions drive cross functional execution across IT engineering manufacturing logistics quality and finance teams coordinate global multi site delivery managing time zones ensuring readiness across people process data technology ensure architecture convergence SAP MES PLM plant systems define manage integration contracts non functional requirements throughput performance engineering lead ERP MES data migration including migration waves reconciliation cutover checkpoints orchestrate testing cycles including SIT end to end performance regression UAT ORT manage cutover planning go live hypercare stabilization activities plant multi plant deployments apply Agile SAFe DevOps practices within ERP manufacturing environment manage vendors system integrators SLAs scorecards corrective actions provide manufacturing program leadership plant startup capacity ramp up multi plant harmonization collaborate infrastructure security teams support compliance upgrades remediation efforts
- 12 years Technical Program Management experience
- 8 years ERP delivery experience within manufacturing environments
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA SAP Activate methodology
