    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    As an embedded expert on our client's Sales & Channel Operations team, you will be responsible for executing a variety of analytical tasks including data processing, document writing, and process improvement which will contribute to global operations business.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    In this role, your primary function will be to partner with our client's Senior Director of Sales & Channel Operations to handle ongoing tasks and complete ad-hoc projects as they arise. You will also be expected to support specific tasks, like documentation and data updates, that are important to the streamlined operation of the business.

    The ideal candidate must be team-oriented, demonstrate strong reasoning and communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to manage and complete tasks. You will build and maintain strong relationships with operations, sales, FP&A, marketing, and customer success teams.

    QUALIFICATIONS:


    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a sales operations role.


    • Advanced knowledge of Excel with the ability to create ad-hoc models as well as do analysis, data cleansing, and comfortability working with very large and complicated data sets.


    • Communicate effectively with various audiences.


    • Comfortable operating under pressure/with a sense of urgency.


    • Comfortable getting "in the weeds" and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.


    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize multiple ongoing projects.


    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to gain support and establish working relationships with managers, peers, and staff.


    • Ability to problem-solve independently and provide solutions to resolve issues.


    • Ability to manage confidential data.


    • Ability to learn new systems/processes and become a subject matter expert in a proficient and timely manner.


    • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system is preferred.


    • Experience using Tableau is preferred.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • Partnering with the Senior Director, Sales & Channel Operations to implement projects and one-time activities as required by the business on an ad-hoc basis, especially those that require changes within the greater Operations team itself.


    • Performing data entry duties regarding business data, sales figures, and other key information.


    • Own responsibility for pricing updates as requested by the Pricing Committee.


    • Produce monthly price lists available for distribution to relevant parties.


    • Gather and combine data from disparate and often poor-quality sources to analyze and manipulate it to produce sanitized information ready to be used by our client's systems, processes, and operations team.


    • Utilize the CRM (Salesforce) to maintain accurate information and assemble, as needed, reports on the health and accuracy of the data.


    • Assist with the documentation of processes and policies that relate to the Sales Organization.


    • Help coordinate review and decision meetings as required.


    • Work with all teams within the greater Operations organization to ensure the "engine keeps turning" and continues to improve as the business grows.
