Recruits and meets enrollment goals for assigned MBA graduate programs Serves as critical point of contact providing program details and benefits Executes marketing sales activities leading to student enrollment through various mediums online phone email chat recruitment events Manages large volume of inbound outbound calls Conduct full lifecycle analysis of recruitment efforts monitoring performance quality control plans identifying improvements Maintains confidentiality of student information records Serves prospect liaison Admissions Financial Aid offices interpreting common admissions financial aid practices procedures Facilitates monthly program specific general information sessions Meets personal team application targets Follows College Protocols CRM system Closely assists mentors students through admission process from inquiry file completion Provides completed file appropriate unit once finalized Resolves problems needed Travels recruitment events fairs conferences representing College Maintains current thorough knowledge University College Business degree programs extensive ongoing training activities Performs other related duties assigned directed
