About The Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Licensing Associate to support vehicle title processing for a high‑volume automotive

environment. This person will validate transactions, maintain documentation accuracy, and assist clients and tag agencies throughout the vehicle lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative tasks, thrives in structured processes, and can manage multi‑state requirements in a fast‑paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Titling & Transaction Processing

Validate transactions and confirm all required state forms and prerequisites
Upload and attach documents into the Title Quest system
Become the subject matter expert for assigned state titling processes
Process ownership transfers, duplicate titles, lease assumptions, title corrections, corporate name changes, buy‑lease backs
Support title management projects involving multiple units and cross‑team collaboration

Client & Vendor Communication

Build relationships with internal teams, clients, dealers, and tag agents
Respond to inquiries via Salesforce and email based on urgency
Communicate progress and resolve transaction‑related issues

Team & Process Support

Monitor Title Quest queue and assist teammates in assigned regions
Support departmental goals and SLAs
Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma required; 2‑ or 4‑year degree preferred
1–3 years of customer support or administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Strong accuracy, documentation, and attention to detail
Ability to follow structured processes and analyze information
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
