    **This position is onsite at our Corporate location in Tulsa, Oklahoma**
    SUMMARY: The Accounts Receivable, Administrative Supervisor provides direction and oversight to department administrative and cash application efforts.
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors
    • Responsible for promoting culture ofsafety
    • Directly responsible for US personnel Cash Application and AR Administrative new hire orientation and training.
    • Direct US and PH administrative and cash application daily activity.
    • Assist AR Manager in creating, documenting, and updating administrative and cash application SOP's.
    • Ensures interdepartmental and intradepartmental compliance with AR SOP's.
    • Evaluate AR Administrative and Cash Application Specialist performance.
    • Liaise with sales personnel regarding customer special handling requests.
    • Manage customer-related master data requests, updates and projects.
    • Coordinate communication with accounting team regarding GL inquiries, reconciliation requests, etc.
    • Assist AR Manager in developing, tracking, achieving, and reporting department KPI's.
    • Maintain strong working day to day knowledge of BlackHawk ERP system as it relates to AR functionality.
    • Maintain strong working day-to-day knowledge of departmental applications and reporting portals: Sharepoint, Service Now, Web Query, Custom Consolidation reports, etc.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Perform all work in accordance with ISO processes and procedures.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Proficient with the use of computer software specific to the operation (Excel, Commerce Center, etc.)
    • Strong attention to detail, with focus on accuracy
    • Proficient time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Experience in Prophet 21 desirable
    • Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills
    • Proven leadership skills
    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Direct reports include Cash Application Specialists and AR Admins
    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
    • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred
    • Four (4) to Six (6) years of accounts receivable and/or general accounting experience
    • Two plus years supervisory experience

    • None required

    • Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee is required to use computer and other equipment.
    • Employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to _25_ pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to clearly focus vision.
