- Operational Accounting Lead month-end quarter-end and year-end financial close processes ensuring timely and accurate journal entries account reconciliations and close deliverables with a focus on driving issues to resolution and meeting accelerated close timelines
- Own general accrual process including contract review evaluation of estimates assumptions preparation review of journal entries reconciliation of accrual balances Manage oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable operations providing day-day leadership to an offshore AP team partnering closely with Procurement to ensure compliance approval workflows proper GL coding vendor onboarding timely disbursements Oversee lease accounting activities in accordance ASC 842 maintenance lease schedules journal entries ongoing compliance reporting requirements Maintain reconcile fixed asset schedules ensuring appropriate capitalization depreciation disposal treatment U.S GAAP Manage corporate card program partnership Senior Director Accounting Monitor amortize prepaid expenses accuracy completeness schedules Oversee cash investment account reconciliations reporting supporting cash flow forecasting Support Associate Directors Accounting provide accounting support CRO CMO accruals needed Own SOX control execution documentation assigned accounting areas Prepare audit schedules variance analyses financial analytics
