    Overview:
    Team Rehab is a chain of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics established across several states including Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia.

    Our primary goal is to offer top-notch outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services to our patients. We aim for our patients to enjoy their therapy sessions and witness noticeable enhancements in their health conditions. The ethos of our clinics revolves around achieving high levels of patient satisfaction and ensuring the best objectively measurable results. Our organizational approach, rooted in superior quality and patient contentment, is progressively gaining traction. Ever since our inaugural clinic launched in 2001, we have expanded our presence throughout Michigan and later into Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. To further enhance accessibility to physical, occupational, and speech therapy for our patients, their acquaintances, and families, we are continuously inaugurating new clinics.

    The core standards expected from all Team Rehabilitation Personnel encompass:

    - Refrain from making derogatory remarks about any group, regardless of legal protection.
    - Avoid using language deemed offensive by fellow staff members or patients.
    - Prohibit display of images, signs, or similar content considered offensive by patients or staff members.
    - Ensure zero discrimination in recruitment, training, or promotion based on factors such as race, religion, national origin, weight, familial status, sexual orientation, etc.

    Responsibilities:

    Summary:
    Team Rehabilitation is in search of dedicated Physical Therapists with a strong focus on patient care. Primary duties involve assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with the ultimate aim of aiding their recovery from injuries, pain management, and restoration of mobility. Sustained success hinges on the provision of exceptional physical therapy yielding measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate should exemplify a deep commitment to patient well-being, consistently surpassing industry benchmarks.

    Core Responsibilities:
    - Deliver top-tier healthcare services to our patients, ensuring positive outcomes and satisfaction with their physical therapy experience.
    - Conduct assessments on new patients, empathetically comprehend their current medical and emotional circumstances, and devise personalized care plans.
    - Administer treatments to patients and establish attainable, functional objectives, addressing their queries and concerns regarding their injuries, progress, and anticipated results.
    - Educate patients on treatment choices and provide guidance on home exercises complementing their in-clinic sessions.
    - Oversee aides during the provision of modalities for non-Medicare, non-BCBSM patients, and in their general operational and maintenance duties.
    - Monitor and reassess patient progress, adjusting care plans and revising goals as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
    - Emphasize pain management as a critical aspect of care, employing techniques to alleviate pain and enhance functionality in daily activities.
    - Determine appropriate discharge times for patients, educate them on proper mechanics, ergonomics, and preventive strategies.
    - Maintain accurate and timely documentation including assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
    - Achieve a reasonable productivity level based on referral volume and patient demographics, with anticipated weekly treatment numbers for a full-time Physical Therapist.
    - Engage in clinic-supported research studies, contributing to the development of protocols for prevalent diagnoses.
    - Provide input on policies, procedures, and strategic decisions to ensure all Team Rehabilitation clinics deliver top-tier care.
    - Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
    - Pursue continuous professional development by staying abreast of the latest research and techniques, participating in company-provided CEUs, seminars, workshops, and educational opportunities.

    Qualifications:
    - Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
    - Valid license to practice Physical Therapy
