- Develop and deploy predictive models to forecast user behavior, churn, and other key metrics.
- Use machine learning techniques to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve user retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance features and experiences.
- Conduct funnel analysis to understand user journeys and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize conversion rates at each stage of the user journey.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user growth and engagement.
- Communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a data science or growth scientist role.
- Previous experience in a music tech, media tech, or fintech company is a strong advantage.
- A passion for the music industry and a deep understanding of its intricacies will be a major advantage.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Experience working with cloud platforms, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure AI products and services.
- Experience working with CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of growth hacking principles and strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
