    Job Summary:

    Under the direction of the Radiologist, performs radiographic procedures at appropriate technical level to assist in a diagnosis of disease and injuries. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. Works effectively with patients and patient's families and maintains a cooperative relationship with interdepartmental personnel

    Essential Qualifications: Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology. Licenses/Certifications Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or registry eligible, BLS Certification. Previous experience preferred. Working knowledge of C R and PAC S preferred.
