    Join our team of passionate professionals as a Sales Manager at Pure Barre, the national leader in barre fitness with over 500+ franchise locations across the United States and Canada.

    This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee all studio sales functionality and be responsible for leading a supportive and meaningful community of clients on a daily basis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads through Grass Roots Marketing and networking efforts
    • Drive membership and retail sales
    • Manage staff schedules and supervise Sales Representatives
    • Collect outstanding dues and maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
    • Enforce studio policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service to existing members via face-to-face interactions, phone, and email
    • Become proficient in ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and identify potential sales opportunities
    • Contact prospects and schedule barre classes to enroll them in memberships
    • Drive and retain retail and membership sales while maintaining a clean and organized studio environment

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
    • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives
    • Ability to manage multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail sales
    • Previous management or supervisory experience required
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
    • Solution-based and results-oriented with a competitive spirit
    • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
    • Affinity and passion for fitness
    • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat and organized
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
    • Ability to work harmoniously with coworkers, clients, and the general public
    • Proficiency with computers and Studio software
    • Flexible schedule with night and weekend availability
